Returns
If you have a problem with the order received, you must email us within 3 business days of receipt of the order. If product is unopened, a return label will be issued and must be scanned within 7 business days for credit to be applied.
*Please note that refunds reflect the amount paid minus the return shipping label fee. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
